Job Title: Production Helper Job Description
We are seeking reliable and energetic Production Packers/Palletizers to join our team on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, thrive in a fast-paced food production environment, and value being part of a team that ensures smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities
Pack finished snack products according to company standards.
Build and wrap pallets for shipment.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in work areas.
Support production flow by following instructions from line leads and supervisors.
Essential Skills
Experience in packing and production.
Inventory management and general labor skills.
Spanish-speaking ability required.
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
Capability to bend, stand, and squat regularly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Comfort with constant standing, bending, and squatting.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady work pace.
Reliability and a positive attitude.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment supporting overnight production and shipping. The warehouse is well-lit with moderate to high noise levels from machinery and forklifts. Temperature varies by area, with cooler zones for storage and warmer areas near ovens or production lines. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, operating forklifts, and regular lifting of 40–50 lbs, along with bending and reaching. The facility adheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP food safety protocols, with daily sanitation routines and strict hygiene standards. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, with clear communication between production, shipping, and quality control departments. Supervisors are on-site to provide guidance, assign tasks, and ensure safety compliance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Piscataway, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
