Location: Piscataway, NJ
Shifts: 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:45PM-6:45AM
Pay: Starting at $22+ per hour

A Day in the Life
As a Packaging Operator, you will report to the Packaging Supervisor and be at the heart of bringing our products to life. You'll be a key player in the total operation of our packaging lines, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way.
Lead Line Operations: You will manage the entire packaging process, from line set-up and changeovers to ensuring a smooth flow of materials and finished products.
Uphold Quality & Safety: You'll champion our commitment to excellence by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and conducting quality control checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
Drive Team Success: You will collaborate with colleagues, share your expertise, and help train new team members to maintain a seamless flow of production.
Improve & Innovate: You'll perform preventative maintenance, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to initiatives that boost line efficiency.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a strong eye for detail. You are a natural team player with a strong sense of responsibility. You are a great match if you have:
Production Environment Expertise: Experience in a production or processing environment with knowledge of packaging machinery.
Quality & Safety Mindset: A commitment to safety and quality, with knowledge of GMPs being a plus.
Collaboration & Training: A collaborative spirit with experience in training or mentoring team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to handle multiple tasks, from line operation to quality control and documentation.
Communication Acumen: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
