We are currently hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in the Piqua area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want consistent, full-time hours on a steady first shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components following detailed instructions
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use basic hand tools and production equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable and able to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Standing for the duration of the shift
