ManpowerGroup Maintenance Electrician ( Overnight Shift) in Pine Castle, Florida

Immediate need for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to support 24/7 plant operations on the night shift. This role works a 12‑hour schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and requires flexibility to adjust shifts based on operational needs with appropriate notice. Candidates must be willing to work overtime and weekends, especially during peak production periods. The position offers a competitive pay rate and plays a critical role in maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician – ( Overnight Shift )

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: $35.00/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Maintain production equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels

  • Perform emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations

  • Accurately use measurement and test equipment

  • Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed

  • Install wire and conduit for newly installed and existing equipment such as conveyors, programmable controllers, converting and corrugating machinery

  • Replace faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, and motors, and position sensing devices such as proximity switch timers, scanners and photo electric devices

  • Diagnose and repair/replace faulty electronic components such as printed circuit boards

  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot drives, i.e. AC and DC

  • Read electrical block diagrams, schematics as well as PLC ladder logic

  • Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC experience with electrical aptitude

  • Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Ability to troubleshoot

  • Must be able to pass an Advanced Industrial Skills and Instrumentation/Electrician Knowledge Test prior to interview process.

  • Must be able to work alternative shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
