Job Summary

Orlando client's plant is seeking reliable and safety‑focused General Production Workers to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating machinery, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery in accordance with plant procedures and safety guidelines

• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized work area

• Read and interpret factory orders to set up and run jobs accurately

• Set up orders, including handling and carrying tooling as needed

• Use basic shop math, including accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and testing equipment

• Perform consistent quality checks and product count inspections

• Complete required quality and administrative documentation with accuracy

• Follow all instructions and specifications to ensure product quality and compliance

• Work overtime as needed to support production demands

Qualifications

• Stable work history with a strong attendance record

• Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as required for machine setup

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

• Willingness to work overtime when required
