Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Prep ingredients by cutting, chopping, slicing, and measuring as needed
Cook using a variety of methods including grilling, frying, and baking
Assist with restocking stations and storing food properly
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Qualifications:
No prior experience required---training will be provided
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
