Sales Representative Responsibilities ---
Acquire full knowledge of our product line, features and accessories available for purchase
Show product in the showroom, at off-site displays or shows, and demonstrate boats on the water
Introduce customers to the dealership team to emphasize the quality and efficiency of dealership's service operations
Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions
Maintain CRM database
Sales Representative Qualifications ---
-Motivation to sell
-Passion for and knowledge of boating
-Superior customer service skills
-Proficient with Microsoft products/willingness and ability to learn new software and effectively utilize the internet and social media sites.
-Ability to follow specific procedures for lead management, sales and closings.
-Present a professional image
-Ability to work 6 days a week at high demand times
