Purpose of Business Management Instructor:
* Instructor will prepare students for a career in business or medical office setting.
* Provide hands-on experience and help students to become proficient in general office skills and sales management.
* Instructor will help students to become proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel
*Provide realistic preparation for small business and medical office interactions.
Selected teachers will be required, at their own expense, to enroll in and successfully complete a state-approved teacher preparation program of their choice. This requirement ensures that all instructors develop the necessary pedagogical knowledge and instructional skills to effectively deliver high-quality career and technical education. By completing a preparatory program, teachers strengthen their understanding of curriculum design, classroom management, and student assessment, which supports improved student outcomes.

In addition, candidates must possess either a degree in Business or a minimum of five years of verifiable work experience in the field. This requirement ensures that instructors bring relevant, real-world knowledge and industry expertise into the classroom.
