Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR and EHR systems to update patient records. Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient support. Engage with patients and families to provide emotional support and education. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Proficient in basic life support and patient care Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation Experience with EMR and EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner Familiarity with HIPAA regulations Background in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings Ability to work with patients with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care We are looking for a full time days CNA and a couple of PRN CNAs to fill in the gaps when people are on leave or out sick.
