The Site Administrator is located in Pickering and will report to the Construction Manager. The Site Administrator will compile, verify, record and process forms and documents contracts, registrations and requisitions, in accordance with established procedures, guidelines and schedules.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create reports on monthly exceptions and daily clock times, O&C's, WBC's, Bio's, and Site Inspections, Fob locations, Required Reads, PPE Budget tracked, Late Tools, Masks tracked & PJB & PJDB tracked
Organize the End of Shift forms, compile into a report and update OPG and Black & McDonald computer drives
Store all packing slips and forward them to Purchasing
Communicate with Purchasing and QA for quotes and approvals on Purchase Req's
Communicate with GF's and keep track of all rentals on site
Provide support for all Supervision, as required
Other duties as required to support the Power Generation Region
Stock and order PPE for trades
Adhere to record retention policies and standards and comply with filing system
Maintain the projects library of documents (including engineering, architectural, procurement and construction documents)
Distribute, retrieve and archive documents
Communicate relevant information to internal and external stakeholders when required
Understand and comply with project retention policies and standards
Project level attendance (site accounting)
Meeting Minutes
IT exception ticket tracking
SCR's for Missing & Contained Tools
Support Mitre Finch with enrolling biometrics
Update Scorecard
Other Project Level Administrative requests as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Completion of secondary school is an asset
Completion of a college program or relevant technical training or experience
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Up to 3 years document control and administration experience
Experience working on projects of low complexity
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Understand project management processes and document control procedures
Experience with electronic document control
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
OPG Security Clearance is required for employment on site

COMPENSATION
The expected salary range for this role is between $50,750/annually and $60,900/annually. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate's qualifications, including but not limited to education, experience and overall competencies. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald's total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual performance bonus, and career development programs.
