Description
Production Support Associate for the Essendant Fulfilment Service dept.
Hours: 8am-4:30pm - Monday through Friday
Pay $19.70 per hour. PAID WEEKLY!
Essendant work location 125 Green Tree Road Phoenixville, PA
This is not a remote opportunity!
Major Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary operational expert for the EFS workflows, customer requirements, and service level expectations.
Serve as a liaison with the corporate EFS team to support customer relationships, ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational and operational objectives.
Use of various systems to support operational processes
Partners with all members of the facility leadership team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Ensures adequate staffing levels according to the department's workload. Coordinates necessary staffing changes across departments based on projected volume.
Perform needed research and administrative duties to support Outbound operations
Achieves productivity, process, and quality goals for areas of responsibility. Identifies and removes barriers to achieving departmental goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all policies and procedures.
Understand and demonstrate Essendant's Core Values
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Highly dependable individual demonstrating Essendant’s Values including Teamwork, Integrity, Honesty and Accountability.
Ability to develop and perform all required tasks to the level of established productivity required and in keeping with applicable Standard Operating Procedures, rules, established processes and Quality guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow simple directions (verbal and written) in English.
Ability to perform basic math.
Strong computer skills, MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
