Honeywell Sr Field Service Technician in Phoenix, Arizona

As a Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Building Automation business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Technical Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an On-Site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers.

  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our Building Automation solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.

  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Will require approximately 80% travel to customer sites.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Building Automation technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience in project management and execution.

  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Must be willing to travel 80% of the time to customer sites

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

  • Niagara Certification preferred

  • PLC and HVAC experience preferred

  • Significant experience applying best practices in field service engineering.

  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements.

  • Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
