Position Profile
Responsible for the planning and coordination of projects and activities for designated web-related and other projects for the agency. Assures quality customer service to all customers; promotes positive human relationships and contributes to supportive and cooperative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects (internet and others) to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame, budget and functional specification parameters.
Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
On web-related projects, works closely with IS/HOV staff members.
Consults with IS management to identify focal point areas to apply project management skills.
Serve as primary liaison with outside vendors(s), web and others as projects dictate, to successfully manage internet related and other projects from beginning to end.
Prepare status reports summarizing activities.
Works with internal technicians to troubleshoot technical problems with Internet based programs.
Maintains and enhances professional skills.
Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience establishing and supporting ITSM processes and tools.
PMP or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management, Information Technology, or media management experience to include three years in vendor manager role.
Broad knowledge of Information Technology general functions (e.g., desktop computer software, Internet Technologies, HIPPA regulations).
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows.
Excellent communication skills and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
