Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a Professional Engineer License (or ability to receive license within 6 months) to join our dynamic design team. You will work on a variety of high-profile projects including data centers, industrial buildings, and offices. This role requires collaboration with team members, clients, vendors, and external disciplines. Occasional travel to job sites for observations and client meetings may be necessary.
Responsibilities
Independently drive projects forward throughout design and construction phases.
Design mechanical and plumbing systems for data centers.
Oversee the production of all mechanical designs, systems, and drawings.
Collaborate with cross-discipline design teams, owners, and contractors to develop drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with external vendors, internal design teams, and manufacturers.
Select and schedule major equipment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience with MEP systems, specifically HVAC and liquid cooling.
Experience in mission-critical projects such as advanced manufacturing, data centers, semiconductor, and healthcare.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
Active PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred data center project experience.
Proficiency in Bluebeam (6/10).
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required.
Preferred M.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience designing HVAC systems, liquid cooling design, plumbing, and piping.
Experience working independently, managing priorities, and providing mentorship to junior staff.
Nice to have: the person AP BD+C certification.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
