We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years of substation or transmission line experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work under stress. Understanding of P6 or MS Project, as well as financial acumen, is essential. This position offers a combination of remote, office, and on-site work with travel required one week per month. We seek candidates interested in a long-term future with our company.
Responsibilities
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Oversee engineering design, land, construction, and overall administration.
Present to high-level executives and prepare slide decks.
Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
Communicate status updates and results to mid-level, inter/intra departmental management.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of five to ten people across one to two business units.
Develop comprehensive execution plans for projects lasting six months to two years.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5-7 years of substation or transmission line experience.
Project management experience.
Construction management expertise.
Experience with Requests for Information (RFI) and Change Orders.
Electrical project knowledge.
High voltage T&D experience.
Project engineering and coordination skills.
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Understanding of P6 or MS Project.
Understanding of financials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under stress.
Work Environment
This position involves a combination of remote, office, and on-site work. Candidates should be flexible and willing to travel one week per month. We offer 16 days of PTO, a 2% 401k match, and 8.5 days of holiday pay.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
