Adecco US, Inc. Outbound Operator in Phoenix, Arizona
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Outbound Warehouse Operator to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in picking and packing, and supporting efficient outbound shipping operations. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse shipping or order fulfillment and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for outbound shipments
Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and confirm shipments
Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and ready for delivery
Load finished goods onto trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and product condition
Prepare shipping documentation and support outbound logistics processes
Maintain clean, safe, and organized staging and loading areas
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, or outbound logistics experience preferred
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Basic computer skills or RF scanner experience
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
