BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse Residents to join our team supporting clients in the metro area of Phoenix, Arizona . Nurse Residency Program
Our Nurse Residency Program makes launching your nursing career both easy and rewarding, offering the most comprehensive training and mentorship available in the rapidly growing field of home health care.
Program Highlights
Excellent skill-building opportunity for new graduate nurses
Eight weeks of instruction, including online coursework, in-person labs, and precepted clinical care followed by extended oversight and ongoing training
Safe skills practice in a state-of-the-art simulation lab
Independent work in the home setting only when you feel comfortable and ready
Dedicated clinical mentor throughout the program
Opportunities to work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and care needs
How You’ll Make an Impact
Build meaningful relationships while providing safe, one-on-one care
Monitor and assess clients’ conditions
Follow, execute, and accurately document physicians’ orders
Perform comprehensive client assessments
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to nursing care

Qualifications
Active nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or a multistate nursing license
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma); graduation date (not license date) must be within the last year

Pay: Starting at $29/hour during the 8-week residency program. Upon program completion, pay increases to starting rate of $30/hour .
