All Things Metal is hiring experienced Journeyman Ironworkers to join our growing team in Arizona. This is not a temp job — we offer consistent 40+ hour weeks, local projects only, and no per diem.

What You’ll Do
Erect structural steel per OSHA & AISC standards
Raise, align, and connect beams, columns, and assemblies
Read and interpret erection/shop drawings
Bolt-up, weld (3G & 4G SMAW), and fabricate in the field
Install stairs, guardrails, and grab rails
Mentor apprentices and lead small crews
Use benchmarks and gridlines for layout
Maintain safety and quality standards
What You Bring
Rigging & signaling experience
OSHA 10 Certification (not required, but is a plus!)
Proficiency with aerial platforms, forklifts, and hand tools
Strong understanding of commercial construction
Comfortable working at heights
Welding certifications (maintained)
Leadership and mentoring skills
Professional working proficiency in English required
