Position Summary
We're looking for motivated welders - whether you're early in your career or bringing previous experience - to join our welding assembly line team. You'll work with a variety of welding methods and equipment to prep and fabricate fire sprinkler piping.
Experience Level
Entry to mid-level
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Operate and set up welding machines including Robot, NAP, and Cypress systems
Use welding techniques such as Stick, MIG, Wire, Air Arc, Trackwork, and Plasma
Work on will-call orders and follow layout specifications
Move, lift, and position pipes and materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the fabrication area
Perform air pressure tests and visual inspections to ensure product quality
Read and interpret basic labels, layouts, and instructions
Work safely in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, cold, sparks, and glare
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of welding experience or basic welding training
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools, and layout tools
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Requirements
Must meet physical requirements, including lifting and repetitive motion
Ability to work in warehouse environment year-round
Willingness to work overtime or weekends based on workload
