As a Senior Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems installed in supermarkets, convenience stores, and food service establishments.
Responsibilities
Respond to service calls as directed.
Troubleshoot and repair rack systems, self-contained cases, HVAC units, and VFDs.
Restore equipment to proper operating condition.
Report follow-up needs to dispatch, leads, and managers.
Participate in on-call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and service staff.
Complete and submit all required paperwork and packing slips daily.
Maintain truck stock inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience in refrigeration systems at supermarkets.
HVAC and refrigeration expertise.
EPA Universal certification.
Field service experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Electronics and installation knowledge.
Proficiency in completing paperwork and inventory management.
Work Environment
This is an on-call, remote job requiring travel to service calls, typically from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The position includes on-call duty one day a week after 5 PM and one weekend a month. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $97760.00/yr.
