Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Facilities Maintenance Planner to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate physical space requirements, recommending plans to meet organizational needs
Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance
Develop and maintain exceptional communications with stakeholders, including Managers, Supervisors, Supply, other departments, and customers
Implement changes to workflow processes, maintenance procedures, and equipment usage to enhance equipment life expectancy, reduce operating costs, and improve customer service levels
Core Responsibilities:
Work Planning and Coordination* Ensure work planning meets all Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, is efficient, coordinated, and cost-effective* Prioritize, estimate, and allocate work services, ensuring compliance with SOW and customer requirements* Liaise with customers to confirm work requirements, establish priorities, and communicate status of work orders
Facilities Management* Conduct daily reviews of work orders to ensure updates/new information is captured and identify variations from estimates* Assist with planning the forward workload to assess seasonal peak staffing requirements* Maintain CMMS asset and equipment lists to verify information is current and accurate
Process Improvement and Analysis* Identify training needs in other groups related to planning and execution processes* Recommend changes to work methods, SOPs, maintenance procedures, and equipment usage to enhance equipment life expectancy, reduce operating costs, and improve service for customers* Conduct work order history analysis to track/predict seasonal trends and utilize data to schedule tasks and ensure maximum utilization of staff/resources
Communication and Collaboration* Proactively and frequently communicate with customers and applicable site operations departments regarding work order status and any variations in originally projected scope/timeline/budget* Coordinate with work execution leaders to control work scopes and maintain scope accuracy* Support other department duties, such as crisis management, related commodity ordering, and business continuity management (BCM)
Additional Responsibilities:
Planner will play a critical role in data integrity as well as process and standards creation and improvement.
Train and support peers to be able to update master data and maintain system integrity.
Participate in audits as required
Monitor and support office supply inventory and replenish within budget requirement
Provide support to the Facility Manager (FM) in maintaining supplier Purchase Order (PO) matrices and supplier contact lists
Conduct weekly site walks for landscaping and janitorial service observations and communicate any issues to the supplier account managers
Support Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and Update Tririga Space Database
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
4 Years with HS diploma, 2 Years with AA, and 0 Years with bachelor s degree in business administration, Facilities Management or Organizational Management
Comparable work experience in planning and scheduling and/or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems/Software will also be considered
Credentials or training in related fields will be accepted
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with Oracle or similar systems
Ability to share CMMS applications knowledge and provide examples of recent planning and scheduling experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $51273 - $87164
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
