The Educational Program & Client Support Manager is responsible for providing educational and operational support to BVAs clients. This role focuses on developing and delivering bilingual training, guiding clients through key processes, and ensuring that business owners understand how to use BVAs systems effectively. The position also leads business presentations designed to identify and address gaps in client operations, helping improve their structure, efficiency, and long-term success.
Develop easy-to-follow training materials, guides, and resources in both Spanish and English
Deliver individual and group training sessions to clients, explaining operational and administrative processes in a clear and supportive manner
Conduct business presentations focused on identifying and solving gaps in business organization, compliance, and financial management
Help clients stay organized with scheduling, documentation, and the use of operational tools
Maintain regular communication with clients to monitor progress and address questions or challenges
Act as a liaison between clients and the BVA team, translating complex topics and expectations into client-friendly language
Track client development and report outcomes and areas for improvement to internal leadership
Update training methods and materials based on feedback and performance
Stay informed about small business practices, client needs, and training strategies
