? Provide general supervision of the onsite team to ensure all systems and processes are\ running smoothly
Combination of people management and personal contribution to maintain and improve\ both sides of data-center life
Organize and manage the teams workflow, including balancing the workload during the\ day
Maintain a productive environment, motivate and inspire team members
Facilitate problem solving and resolve conflict situations
Be an escalation point for colleagues
Handle incidents and respective incident reports as required
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge
Provide regular and constructive feedback to team members to help them develop,\ improve, and enhance their skills and knowledge, take appropriate corrective actions\ when required
Assist with updating internal documentation
Be engaged in continuous training and self-education
Identify areas of development for team members and provide development coaching
Foster a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of datacenter activities
Contribute to resource planning to ensure teams are meeting SLAs and project\ deliverables, including non-standard hours maintenance availability
Encourage sharing of lessons learned, best practices, process/procedural innovation\ and tools to improve efficiency and team success
Actively contribute to open communication within the team
Deliver the below activities through personal contribution and action, and through\ mobilizing others:
Rack, Stack, and Cable Network, Server, and Storage equipment.
Hardware and Software configuration and installation.
Cable, Power, and Temperature Management.
Develop and Document onsite fault analysis strategies.
Take responsibility for asset and inventory control / accurate onsite stock\ information
Build cross functional relationships and have the ability to influence policies and\ procedures to improve global data center operations
Participate in an on-call rotation.
?Occasional international travel required (approximately once annually).
