Job Description: Cook (Deli / Grill – Entry Level)
Overview
The Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events . This role supports daily food service operations while maintaining quality, safety, and presentation standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, portion, cook, and present food items according to established recipes and standards
Support food service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service
Available Positions & Schedules
Deli Cook – 1 Position
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Must be available 7 days a week
Typically off Tuesday and Wednesday
Grill Cook (AM) – 1 Position
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Must be available to work any of the 7 days of the week
Will receive two days off
Grill Cook (PM) – 2 Positions
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Occasionally starts at 9:00 AM for opening training
Must be available to work any day of the week
Will receive two days off

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.58 - $17.58/hr.
