Honeywell Controllership Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

As a Controllership Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the controllership function. You will ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations, and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

In this role, you will impact the organization by providing financial insights and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, which will support strategic decision-making across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the controllership function.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including the review of financial statements for accuracy and completeness.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or controllership roles.

  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
