Columbia Bank Client Implementation Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona
About the Role:
The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful onboarding of new and existing client implementations, which may include completing implementation forms and agreements, verifying contracted services for accuracy, and providing training for customers on Columbia Bank HOA products and services.
Assist with the completion of implementation forms, customer agreements, etc.
Establish communication schedule with onboarding clients, which includes preparing an agenda for each client meeting to outline progress and objectives for next steps toward service setup.
Verify contracted services are correctly implemented within expected timeframes.
Ensure accounts are opened accurately to ensure service fee revenue and comply with bank implementation procedures and policies.
Responsible for analyzing client bank statements, credit reports, financial reviews, and other documentation to support a recommendation for use of the bank’s ACH, RDC, and MDC service.
Provide training for customers as needed on property management products and services, as well as assists with implementation of hardware/software.
Assist with product demonstrations for customers or internal teams on treasury management products and services.
Work effectively without direct supervision.
Identify and communicate possible process efficiencies.
Effectively communicate with the implementation team, and other departments within the Community Association Banking division.
Assist clients and prospects with new service requests; keeps abreast of product updates and documentation; adheres to Bank and department policies and procedures.
Assist Bank employees with related application requirements such as file formats, parameters and overall product usage.
Coordinate service support for resolution of customer implementation issues with depository/treasury management services; communicate resolutions to customers; acts as liaison between customer and operations departments of the Bank.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. High School diploma required
2 years of Property Management / Homeowner Association experience preferred
2 years of banking experience preferred
Develop professional expertise to apply company policies and procedures.
Effective communication to lead a group on establishing a goal and the steps necessary to meet said goal.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
Build productive internal/external working relationships.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
The pay range for this role is $28.00 to $42.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Primary Location: Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s).
