42 temporary full-time Carnival Workers from 5/2/2026 -12/30/2026.

Perform a variety of attending duties at amusement or recreation facility. Sell and collect tickets/fees, assist patrons; erect, take down, operate/attend amusement booths and maintain equipment; make change; sell and serve food. Prepare simple daily food items and beverages-typical carnival foods such as sandwiches, salads, soups, corndogs, pizza, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time. Using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures such as grills, deep-fat fryers, griddles, hot plates, poppers, and smoker. Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking using knives or slicers. Following simple specified instructions: to organize, set up the booth with food items and equipment according to a provided check list. Using basic cleaning supplies such as Dawn, Windex, Mr. Clean, sanitizer tablets and following proper safety precautions and sanitary measures ensure all items are cleaned and stored in a specified safe manner for transportation. Setup and take down tools include: ladder, hammers, screw drivers. All required tools are provided. Set-up, replenish/clean and ready for service, tear-down pack up and close down booth. Heavy lifting & physically mobile, operate food concessions and/or games and amusement rides.

Hours, schedule and days vary - sample shift time: 10am-7pm, 1-hour unpaid break; 35-40hrs./wk. extra hours may be required or available, may include weekends and holidays. Work needs (i.e., hours, days, schedule, location, and work positions) vary. Work needs subject to industry practice and are not guaranteed per day, per week, per schedule, per location, or per worker, e.g., rainouts, brief periods without scheduled events, event dates and hours set by agreement with sponsor and subject to change (based upon adverse weather, hours of operation, day of the week, attendance, size of the event, school schedules, amount of equipment in operation, staffing, etc.), and unforeseen cancellations. In the event of approved, overlapping events, work needs may cause workers to be adjusted. Work is performed outside in all weather.

Pay varies based on location of each worksite, \$17.42 to \$21.81 an hour. No overtime is expected, but if work necessitating OT occurs, it will be paid in accordance with applicable Federal, State and Local laws. Employer reserves the option to provide additional compensation for performance/tenure or may increase wages based on changes in market conditions.

Travel required and provided to work in Maricopa, Pinal, and Pima County, AZ; Snohomish, Skagit, Spokane, Whatcom, Benton, Pierce, and King County, WA; Multnomah County, OR, Salt Lake County, UT; Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Sonoma and Los Angeles County, CA, and Clark County, NV. Travel provided to all events as per itinerary. Must commute from home at prior worksite to next worksite. Optional transportation to worksites provided at no cost to the worker.

Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law. Employers optional shared housing is provided at no cost to the worker. Local convenience travel valued at (\$20/wk.), and food available for wage credit and/or deduction, or any lesser amount to the maximum extent not prohibited by law. The employer may also make the following pay deductions, if worker elects: recovery of any loss to the employer due to the worker\'s damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or loss of equipment where it is shown that the worker is responsible, and any other reasonable deductions expressly authorized by the worker in writing. No deduction not required by law will be made that brings the wo kers hourly earnings below the FLSA Federal statutory minimum wage.

Pay received weekly, single workweek used for computing wages.

Required uniform provided at no charge the worker. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform job. On the job training provided.

No minimum experience or education required. Must be willing to work up to 7days/wk. The job requires that the applicant be qualified, ready, willing, able, and available to perform during the entire employment at the designated worksites under adverse weather; to enter into and comply with employment contracts; to follow workplace rules; and to meet job performance standards. Must comply with grooming requirements and dress code. Subject to discharge for cause. Applicants must cooperate with and complete job application and interview truthfully.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Allowed costs of inbound transportation provided (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitm
