Position Overview
A well-established ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. This organization is known for its collaborative culture, strong internal support, and long-tenured staff, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional growth.
This role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional school consultations or home visits as needed. BCBAs work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and interdisciplinary partners, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Review behavior data and update individualized treatment plans
Develop and oversee behavior intervention strategies
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and clinical guidance
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews
Support interns or junior clinical staff as appropriate
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance
Schedule & Work Structure
Flexible scheduling options (commonly 9–3, 12–6, or split clinic/remote schedules)
Primarily clinic-based work
Occasional school consults or home visits
No overnight or on-call requirements
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Eligible for or holding Arizona licensure (as required)
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
