Position Overview

A well-established ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. This organization is known for its collaborative culture, strong internal support, and long-tenured staff, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional growth.

This role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional school consultations or home visits as needed. BCBAs work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and interdisciplinary partners, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Review behavior data and update individualized treatment plans

  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention strategies

  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and clinical guidance

  • Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams

  • Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews

  • Support interns or junior clinical staff as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance

Schedule & Work Structure

  • Flexible scheduling options (commonly 9–3, 12–6, or split clinic/remote schedules)

  • Primarily clinic-based work

  • Occasional school consults or home visits

  • No overnight or on-call requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Eligible for or holding Arizona licensure (as required)

  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
