Responsibilities: Engage members in robust and proactive financial review conversations resulting in personalized recommendations based on their unique needs; open new loan and deposit products, and build ongoing and valuable relationships. Assist members through a variety of channels, including in person, over the phone, and digitally. Develop working knowledge of deposit and loan products, accurately open memberships and upsell appropriate accounts to effectively build relationships and achieve goals. Responsible for developing additional business by promoting credit union products and services through building and maintaining strong member relationships including making outbound sales calls.
