  • Champion a marketing-focused engagement approach that strengthens Entegra’s brand positioning with the supplier community.

Team Leadership

  • Own and lead the Supplier Engagement team, managing individuals responsible for distinct category portfolios.

  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and supplier-centric thinking.

  • Establish consistent engagement standards and frameworks across the team’s category coverage.

  • Act as a bridge between supplier partners and Entegra’s Client Services team, ensuring commercial programs translate into measurable client outcomes.

Commercial Growth & Revenue

  • Develop, own, and achieve metrics associated with supplier growth and revenue targets.

  • Identify client cost savings and performance improvement opportunities while increasing preferred supplier program revenue.
