Position Summary
Our client, a leading company in the food services and facilities management industry, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of a new workforce experience application platform. This is a high-visibility initiative focused on building a responsive web and mobile-friendly experience for multiple user groups, including managers, frontline associates, guests, and candidates. The platform is already in progress, with foundational development underway and an MVP targeted for June. This is not a greenfield planning role. The Project Manager must step into an active build, organize delivery, and drive alignment across teams, and keep execution on track.
What this person will own
· Lead day-to-day delivery of a multi-audience workforce experience application already in development
· Drive execution toward MVP and post-MVP rollout milestones
· Coordinate across business, product, design, architecture, engineering, data, and other stakeholder teams
· Manage Agile delivery in Azure DevOps
· Translate business requirements, architecture discussions, API/integration dependencies, and design inputs into clear technical plans, documentation, and delivery actions
· Identify blockers, force decisions, and maintain momentum across a complex stakeholder environment
· Support planning and sequencing for expansion beyond the initial MVP audience into a broader enterprise and global rollout
· Coordinate project timing, dependencies, and capital project budget tracking
· Ensure communication is structured, concise, and actionable across technical and non-technical audiences
Required experience
· 7+ years in project or program management, with strong technical project delivery experience
· Proven experience managing application delivery in Agile environments
· Strong working knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps
· Experience coordinating work involving APIs, systems integrations, and technical dependencies
· Ability to translate business discussions into technical documentation and delivery artifacts
· Experience working with architects, developers, designers, and business stakeholders simultaneously
· Strong executive presence, confidence, and communication skills
· Able to operate in ambiguity and bring order to fast-moving, multi-team programs
· Experience with budget tracking and capital project coordination
Preferred experience
· Exposure to Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms
· Experience with workforce technology, employee experience, operational platforms, or mobile/responsive applications
· Experience scaling products from MVP to broader enterprise deployment
· Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and comfort working in teams adopting AI into delivery workflows
· Experience in global or multilingual product environments
