Clean Sips Juice Bar Shift Manager in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team in a fast-paced Juice bar environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and lead your team to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Duties ? Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. ? Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency. ? Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for cash handling and transaction processing. ? Conduct inventory control to manage stock levels and minimize waste. ? Train, develop, and mentor staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures. ? Assist with budgeting and financial management to achieve operational goals. ? Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. ? Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. ? Oversee shift scheduling and manage labor costs effectively. Experience ? Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management is essential; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus. ? Strong background in food service management with knowledge of food safety practices. ? Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the hospitality industry is required. ? Familiarity with kitchen management, food production, catering, or banquet services is advantageous. ? Experience in training & development of staff members to enhance team performance. ? Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively. ? Culinary experience or kitchen experience preferred; barista or juicer experience is a bonus.
