Proscia Senior Technical Support Engineer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Monitor service desk queue and respond/resolve within agreed upon SLAs; review feedback from customers, compile and analyze support data and recommend technical changes; coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure feature requests and bugs communicated; debug customer issues and gather evidence to formulate a cause hypothesis; perform customer upgrades and assist customers in implementing solutions to service requests; establish monthly ticket review meetings with Premium Support Customers.
Minimum requirements: Master's in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering or related field plus 1 year related experience.
Telecommuting Benefit: National Telecommuting---position allows employee to reside anywhere in US and perform work exclusively from worker's home.
