Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Enterprise Rotational Programs (ERP) that span across Comcast NBCUniversal. This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating early to mid career talent, managing multiple rotational and internship programs, and developing future leaders across our enterprise. This role is responsible for complex and matrixed executive & stakeholder management, driving business impact through strategic leadership, program management, talent development & coaching, all through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will excel in additionally demonstrating business value through data analysis, financial impact assessment, and critical need forecasting.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Executive and Stakeholder Management
Effectively communicate program value and impact to senior leadership
Facilitate stakeholder connections to align on business goals
Manage relationships with business leadership, HR, and talent teams across the enterprise to understand current and future needs
Serve as an early career center of expertise, consulting and connecting across early career development efforts
Strategic Leadership and Business Impact
Lead the Enterprise Rotational Programs management team, overseeing the Rotational Leadership Program (RLP), CORE (Career Opportunities & Rotational Experiences), and ERP Internship Programs
Drive strategic planning for early career programs, considering competitive landscape and learning strategies
Demonstrate the value of ERP to the business through data-driven insights and financial impact analysis
Forecast critical talent needs and align programs to meet future business requirements through partnerships with talent, HR, and business leaders across the enterprise
Identify and execute innovative ideas that yield measurable impact in the early career space
Program Management
Oversee the operations of multiple rotational programs focused on critical areas: Cybersecurity, Finance, and Technology
Lead strategic oversight of ERP Internship Program as a pipeline for CORE programs
Engage with program steering committees, collaborating with senior stakeholders
Manage program budget for corporate programs, demonstrating ROI and cost savings
Lead alumni engagement to drive internal movement and boomerang efforts
Talent Development and Coaching
Lead initiatives for recruitment and development to build strong pipelines of early career talent
Coach and develop program managers, enhancing their leadership and execution capabilities
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
Develop innovative and equitable hiring practices, including internal and external partnerships to engage a diverse pool of talent
Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting
Implement robust data collection and analysis processes to track program success metrics
Produce regular reports demonstrating program impact, including financial savings and talent pipeline strength
Use data insights to continuously improve and evolve programs to meet changing business needs
Qualifications
Proven experience in talent development and program management in a large, complex corporate environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
Strong data analysis and financial acumen, with the ability to translate program outcomes into business value
Strategic thinking and ability to forecast and plan for future talent needs
Excellent executive presence and communication skills, able to influence at the highest levels of the organization
Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
Strong analytical skills to measure program impact and drive data-informed decisions
