Description
Robert Half is looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to join our client's team remotely, based in Philadelphia. This Senior Auditor position involves conducting audits with precision and preparing Form 990 filings, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in nonprofit accounting and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive audits and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
Prepare and file Form 990 in alignment with nonprofit accounting standards.
Conduct in-depth risk assessments to identify potential financial discrepancies.
Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with established regulations.
Collaborate effectively with clients to streamline audit processes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory changes and apply them to audit practices.
Uphold the highest standards of client service and communication.
Requirements
The ideal Senior Auditor candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. CPA preferred.
Other requirements for the Senior Auditor position include and are not limited to:
4 years of strong Audit Experience
Non Profit experience
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial data analysis
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
