Our client, a leading organization in the professional services industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Procurement Operations & Infrastructure team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead complex global procurement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope and objectives, and manage all phases from initiation to closure.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive the design and implementation of improved procurement workflows and policies.
Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards, using insights to measure success and inform future strategies.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of project management experience, especially in multinational environments, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of procurement operations, finance, and enterprise system implementation, with experience in SAP and Coupa preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
