Summary:
- Penn Medicine Academy (PMA) provides organizational development services that support the executive leadership team and employees across the organization. The intern will support influential project-based assignments in the areas of:Change ManagementStrategic PlanningPerformance ImprovementTalent Management/Leadership DevelopmentWorkforce DevelopmentLearning SolutionsThis unique learning opportunity will provide healthcare knowledge, on the job experience, and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Penn Medicine Academy service owners to accomplish project scope
Perform analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
Assist with the preparation and delivery of retreats, meetings and courses
Prepare presentations
Assist with project management
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Accompany team members to sites for meetings or events
Manage social media campaign and support overall marketing and communication of tools and resources
Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization
Education or Equivalent Experience:
Bachelor's degree. (Required)
3+ years of office experience, including writing professional emails, creating presentations, using Excel. (Required)
Recent Master's degree or currently enrolled in a Master's program. (Preferred)
0-1 years of work experience, preferably in a corporate environment. (Preferred)
