Production Supervisor
We're looking for a capable, energetic and organized Production Supervisor for our corrugated manufacturing plant. The Production Supervisor oversees machine operators and converting equipment (flexos, rotary die cutters, specialty gluers and similar machines). This is a fast-paced, hands on, high volume environment, and a great position for someone who thinks well on their feet, meets challenges head on, solves problems creatively and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Main Functions:
- Supervise machine operators and converting equipment.
- Trains new crew members.
- Conduct monthly production/safety meetings with department.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures, quality and GMPs.
Skills & Experience You Have:
Prior experience in production/manufacturing; experience in corrugated manufacturing a plus.
- Good computer skills.

- High attention to quality; knowledge of quality systems & principles helpful (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO)
