OceanFirst Bank IDL Closing Administrator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Associate Degree and/or Paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of five years of commercial lending and real estate transaction closing experience with a financial institution or with a law firm representing a commercial lending group are required.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Internal contact with all departments and divisions.
External contact with closing attorneys and title agents, search companies, closing and servicing departments.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office environment. Ability to operate computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel throughout Bank footprint.
