ManpowerGroup Director of Technology Delivery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Director, IT Delivery, Scrum to join their team. As a Director of Technology Delivery, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving innovative technology solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Director, IT Delivery, Scrum

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Hybrid - 1 day onsite in Center City)

What's the Job?

  • Lead and mentor Technical Analysts across multiple Agile teams, ensuring consistent application of Agile principles and practices.

  • Partner with Product and Technology leadership to define and refine delivery processes.

  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance, predictability, and delivery quality.

  • Implement and evolve Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models) to support organizational needs.

What's Needed?

  • 5-8 years relevant work experience in managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams in a technology-driven environment.

  • Proven track record managing Technical Analysts or Agile delivery teams.

  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) and when to apply each.

  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.
