Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to intake, clarify, and document analytics needs (problem statements, scope, assumptions, success metrics/KPIs).
Translate needs into Agile/SAFe-ready work: epics/features/user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlog items; support sprint planning/reviews/retros and cross-team coordination.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and "quick-turn" reporting (directional insights, quick views) and, where appropriate, build lightweight dashboards in Tableau/Power BI; collaborate with BI/reporting developers to industrialize high-usage reporting.
Support recurring analyses/reports (monthly/biweekly/weekly as applicable): define requirements, validate outputs with stakeholders, and maintain runbooks.
Coordinate/support UAT and release/change activities (dependency tracking, risk/issue management, stakeholder comms) aligned to our client's standards and governance processes.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Qualifications
Required
2+ Years Experience in Analytics + data skills: strong analytical thinking; ability to frame ambiguous questions; SQL proficiency for querying/validating datasets; strong Excel
2+ Years Experience in BI tooling: hands-on Tableau and/or Power BI (building or enhancing reports/dashboards); understanding of metrics/KPI definitions and dashboard usability
2+ Years Experience with Structured storytelling abilities in PPT
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Familiarity with modern data platforms/warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
Stakeholder management: crisp communication, expectation-setting, and ability to handle high-volume ad-hoc requests with clear prioritization and turnaround commitments
Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $110,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
