Position Description
Spruce Internal Medicine is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team as a same-day provider (60%) and inboxologist (40%).
The practice is located at 8th and Walnut Streets in Philadelphia, PA, within the Penn Medicine Washington Square multi-specialty facility. Penn Medicine Washington Square is home to a wide range of patient care services including primary care, cardiology, ENT, surgery, urology, women's health, outpatient lab, and more.
This 12-provider group currently consists of 9 Physicians and 3 APPs who care for a diverse adult patient population in the ambulatory setting. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.
Minimum Requirements
Nurse Practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN or DNP and certification as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
Physician Assistant candidates must be licensed to practice as a physician assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a master's and certification as a physician assistant.
At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience is required.
