The Wistar Institute of Anatomy & Biology Administrative Coordinator - Xu Lab in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
An Administrative Coordinator position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Jianliang Xu at The Wistar Institute. This position will be responsible for providing secretarial, administrative, regulatory, and laboratory management support to the Principal Investigator and laboratory staff.
A High School Diploma or equivalent education is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of secretarial/administrative experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in academic environment and display excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong inter-personal skills, strong written, editorial and verbal communication skills and good organizational skills. Excellent typing and computer skills, including working knowledge of Mac/OS, Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Facebook, Twitter and Facebook ads, Dropbox and Google Documents required.
