Cold Storage Produce Repackers and Graders.
- Warehouse is located off the corner of Jackson and Military rd in South Pharr (Las Milpas).

Key Responsibilities:
Repacking and Inspection:
. Repackaging produce from damaged containers, inspecting items for quality, and sorting according to size, weight, and customer specifications.
Packaging and Labeling:
Accurately labeling packages with product information, weight, and other necessary details, and ensuring proper sealing and packaging for safe transport.
Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:
Keeping the work area clean, sanitized, and organized, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols, and following all safety procedures.
Following Instructions and Meeting Production Standards:
Working efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and deadlines, following both written and verbal instructions, and communicating effectively with team members.
Inventory Management and Reporting:
Participating in inventory management tasks, such as counting and recording items, and reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
Essential Skills:
- Physical Stamina:Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to Detail:Accurate inspection of produce, precise labeling, and careful packaging.
- Communication Skills:Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to Follow Instructions:Adhering to safety protocols, food safety standards, and specific packaging instructions.
- Basic Math Skills:For measuring, counting, and recording inventory.
- Food Safety Awareness:Understanding and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
