Description We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This Contract to permanent position involves supporting program coordination efforts, ensuring accurate data management, and maintaining efficient communication across departments. The role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering timely and precise results within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entry of program-related data into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Verify and update store details, pricing configurations, and other critical program information.
• Track program milestones and deliverables, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain organized documentation and version control to support operational accuracy.
• Prepare routine reports and compile performance metrics to assist in decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
• Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and program communications to promote smooth operations.
• Support onboarding processes for new accounts, stores, vendors, or partners as required.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and address operational discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with documentation workflows. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in data entry and order management systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to deliver accurate work while managing multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
