Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Handle complex and major repairs independently. Utilize middle to advanced-level welding skills for various types of welding as needed. Respond to field service calls with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely repairs. Conduct on-site repairs at job locations to minimize downtime. Maintain clear and consistent communication with managers regarding repair progress and parts inventory needs. Work effectively within a team, demonstrating a willingness to learn and train others. Build and maintain positive working relationships.
