ManpowerGroup Crane Operator in Petersburg, Virginia
Our client, an industry leader in logistics and warehousing, is seeking a dedicated Crane Operator to join their team. As a Crane Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team supporting order fulfillment and shipment processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to safety, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Crane Operator
Location: Petersburg, VA
Pay Range: $17.00
Shift: 7AM - 3PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Operate an overhead crane to process and fulfill orders efficiently and safely
Load and unload trucks and shipments, ensuring accuracy and safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Stand for extended periods while working quickly and safely
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and power tools (preferred)
What's Needed?
Prior overhead crane experience preferred but not required
Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with paperwork preferred
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
Forklift or power equipment experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
