Taconic, a highly successful global manufacturing company, is seeking self-motivated, responsible individuals to work as an Adhesive Operator in our Adhesives Department on the 1st shift. As an Adhesive Operator, you will be responsible for operating the adhesive/silicone rubber coating oven for the manufacture of adhesive to raw and coated glass fabrics and silicone rubber to fiberglass. Candidate must be able to read a micrometer and do math with knowledge of how to use a calculator and tape measure.
