ND job order 925215 Temporary seasonal position from 4/1/2026 to 12/1/2026 We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, oats, barley, soybeans, and sunflower production season. Employees will be required to complete all duties assigned related to raising these crops, including preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; engaging in planting, weeding, spraying, cultivating, and harvesting activities; fertilizing and spraying crops, including applying fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungus, weeds, and diseases using hand sprayers; loading and unloading crops or materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand trucks; loading hoppers, containers, or conveyors using forklifts, augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks; driving farm semi-trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools; inspecting, adjusting, and completing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment; recording agricultural data as required; and performing routine repairs and maintenance on all equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license and require 3 months experience.
