Job Description:
Job Overview
Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; performs research on products and manufacturing processes and shares the same with senior engineers.
Job Requirements
Responsible for the holistic integration of MEMS products and for ensuring a consistent and seamless manufacturing process
Perform indepth data analysis to identify process issues, yield losses, and material anomalies
Conduct DOE studies, process window analyses, and derive sustainable process optimizations
Lead complex projects, including technology transfers, new product introductions, and production optimizations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and effective coordination with process engineering
Manage hold/release processes and actively participate in the Material Review Board (MRB)
Provide technical support for the transfer of new product developments into mass production
Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives and contribute to increasing overall production yield
Perform risk analyses, ensure proper documentation in line with change management processes, and collaborate closely with development and process engineering teams
What your background should look like
University degree in Physics, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sensing technologies, semiconductor manufacturing, or MEMS environments
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, statistical methods, project management tools, and experience with FMEA and DOE
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Proven experience in leading technical projects
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Highly analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative, independence, structured working style, and a high level of results orientation
